The increase of prices of real estate in Bulgaria from the beginning of July up to the end of 2008 will be between 8 and 15 %, an analysis says. The forecast is similar to the percentage in the first half of the year, as according to brokers by the end of June property prices in the country have gone up by 12 percent. The greatest increase is reported in the town of Rouse (24.3) where the prices in some areas are catching up those in Sofia and Varna.
